Shipping charges are a flat rate per dollar amount.
$4.95 for orders $0.01 - $24.99
$5.95 for orders $25.00 - $49.99
$6.95 for orders $50.00 - $74.99
On orders over $75.00, shipping is free. In addition, many special offer items include free shipping.
Typical orders are received in 5 to 7 business days. We keep a watchful eye on shipments and make every effort to expedite all orders.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for an exchange or store credit, less any shipping and handling charges, postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order (*see exceptions below). Returned items must be in their original plastic, in unworn, brand new condition with tags attached. Exchanges are limited to one, per order. Original shipping is not refundable. However, we do not charge customers again to ship their exchange.

Clearance Merchandise (Seasonal, Discontinued, or Overstocked)
NOT returnable. All sales of closeout merchandise are FINAL. These items are sold at a tremendous discount and no returns will be accepted. These items are clearly marked "Final Sale" on the product page, shopping cart page, and invoice.
Thongs, Boy Shorts, and Lingerie are NOT returnable due to the nature of the items.
All items are thoroughly inspected for defects before shipping.
